Museum and Park Passes
We currently have passes for Maine State Parks, Maine Wildlife Park, and Children’s Discovery Museum
Passes are available to Lewiston Public Library and Auburn Public Library cardholders only.
If you are interested in obtaining and using a pass, you will need to:
- Reserve the day you wish to use the pass. Please do this in advance by visiting or calling the Lewiston Public Library Children’s Desk (207-513-3133).
**Please note: MAINE STATE PARK PASSES cannot be reserved ahead of time. Please see below for more information on Maine State Park Passes. - Pick up the pass at the Lewiston Public Library Children’s Desk. Please note that the physical pass will be needed to receive the discount. We cannot mail passes.
- You must present the pass at the museum or park at the time of admission. The pass will only be good for the day you have reserved and can be used only for one group.
Maine State Parks
This pass provides FREE admission for a car-load to enter any State Park in Maine.
Any person with an Auburn or Lewiston Library Card in good standing may check out the Maine State Park Pass. The Maine State Park Pass may NOT be reserved. Passes are available on a first come/first served basis. Please note: The pass must be returned within 24 hours after pick up. It cannot be renewed. Questions? Maine Wildlife Park
This pass entitles a group of up to seven people a reduced price admission to the Maine Wildlife Park in Gray.
Only one pass is available each day. Passes are available to Lewiston Public Library cardholders only. A patron is limited to 3 passes maximum per month.
If you are interested in obtaining and using a pass, you will need to:
- Reserve the day you wish to use the pass. Please do this in advance by visiting or calling the Lewiston Public Library Children’s Desk (207-513-3133).
- Coordinate a pick-up time. You may use the LPL To Go curbside delivery system, or come into the Children’s Department in person. Please note that the physical pass will be needed to receive the discount. We cannot mail passes.
- You must present the pass at the museum or park at the time of admission. The pass will only be good for the day you have reserved and can be used only for one group.

Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine
This pass entitles a group of up to four people half price admission for one play session at the Children’s Museum & Theatre of Maine in Portland.
Call or email the LPL Children’s Department to reserve the pass at 207-513-3133 or LPLKids@LewistonMaine.gov. Please note that the Children’s Museum and Theater of Maine currently requires that you also reserve your play session on their website: www.kitetails.org
