Introducing LPL – Where You Are, a place to visit while The Lewiston Public Library building is temporarily closed until further notice.
We invite you to access our digital resources and programs so you can continue to read, learn, grow, and stay connected. Staff are available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9-5 to answer questions, refer you to reputable information, and help with our digital services.
We are updating this page as we have more information. We hope to see you soon.

Introducing Lewiston Public Library’s new pickup service: LPL To Go!
As of July 1st, we’re also offering LPL To Go Printing Service!
Place requests for both Lewiston and Auburn library cardholders.
- Reserve up to 10 library items by using our online catalog, emailing our librarians, or calling the Lending Services desk at (207) 513-3134
- We will gather your items and call you to schedule a pickup time within 2-3 days of your request
- Pickup happens at the library’s main entrance
