VIRTUAL Read ME Book Discussion: “Mill Town” by Kerri Arsenault
July 13th from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

Are you reading this year’s Read ME statewide summer reading selections? Would you like to discuss what you’re reading? If so, join LPL for this online book discussion of “Mill Town,” Kerri Arsenault’s memoir and personal investigation into the hidden costs many paid for making a living in the one-employer town of Mexico, Maine, which lies at the heart of an area some now call “Cancer Valley.”

Copies of the book may be borrowed through the LPL catalog. Signed copies are also available for purchase. Contact the Lending Services Department at lplcirc@lewistonmaine.gov or 513-3134 to reserve your copy.

This book discussion will be hosted on Zoom. Register here to receive the Zoom link and meeting info sent to your email.

Please call or email the LPL Reference Desk at 513-3135 or LPLreference@lewistonmaine.gov with any questions.
