Gingerbread Day: Adventure in Neverland!

On Saturday, December 14th from 11:00am-1:00pm, the Lewiston Public Library will be having our 7th annual Gingerbread Day event in Callahan Hall. Our theme this year is ADVENTURE IN NEVERLAND! Come visit the Mermaids’ Lagoon, the Lost Boys’ camp, Pixie Hollow, and of course Captain Hook’s pirate ship, the Jolly Roger! We’ve heard a rumor that Tinker Bell and Captain Hook will be in attendance, so keep an eye out for them!
You can enjoy many activities here in the world of Neverland: you can make your own fairy wand, visit Smee’s Tattoo Parlor, play hook ring toss, and even – gasp! – walk the plank! Plus, we will have gingerbread decorating, of course! If you need a break from the fast-paced fun, you can retreat into Wendy’s London bedroom for some quiet time and stories.
This event is FREE for kids and their families.
Costumes are highly encouraged for all ages. There will be a free raffle with lots of fun prizes, and yummy food and hot cocoa for all.
