Vinegars: A History and Tasting

Lewiston Public Library and FIORE Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars, featuring owner and founder Pat O’Brien, present a special event that will bring the history and flavors of specialty vinegars to life. Join us for an exploration of how vinegar is made, its interesting history and the differences between the vinegars available today.
After the presentation, stay for a special tasting of assorted FIORE olive oils and balsamic vinegars that complement each other and learn some new ways to pair olive oils and vinegars with food. This event will enable you to take a global tour of the freshest extra virgin olive oils and the most flavorful balsamic vinegars of Modena, Italy.
